Mike has been involved in public speaking for many years, and among other accomplishments has been the Area 3 Governor for Toastmasters International (District 10) while he lived in Tucson, Arizona. In addition, his life in live music performance has greatly contributed to his ability to engage an audience and get his (or your) message across. He is equally comfortable in individual settings and small gatherings to very large audiences and everything in between.
Michael has a unique background as a business owner, manager, and individual contributor. He has worked for start-ups and global corporations in his career, and has experience as end-user, service delivery, and sales. He can say, truthfully, to almost any audience, “I’ve sat in your chair and had to listen to guys like me. I know what you’re thinking.”
That ability to empathize with the listener is the key difference in being able to connect with a group and get the point across.
The Physics of Success is ultimately about goals; why it is important to set goals, and how to go about setting them (which is very different than being assigned a quota!). Michael can spend any amount of time from an hour to a day on this topic, which is excellent training for company personnel. Sales, service, and office personnel will all benefit from this presentation.
For less formal engagements, Michael can speak for up to an hour, with 15 minutes being the absolute minimum time necessary to have any impact.
